The multimedia production designer uses knowledge of, and skills in multimedia production to produce on-brand visual and interactive solutions for campaigns, video, sales enablement content and presentations, advertisements, and digital applications and tools. Role involves a high level of collaboration within the Creative team and across the marketing department.

Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Lead webinar production and contribute to webinar strategy
Provides webinar production support by building registration pages and consoles, and producing dry runs, tech checks, and live sessions
Assist video production strategists with in-person video recording support
Assist multimedia strategists with motion graphics and interactive content support
Basic video editing
Develop motion graphics and video content for internal and external emails, marketing campaigns, social media, webinars, and events
Maintain webinar production templates including registration page artwork, console page artwork, and presentation deck template, etc.
Perform post-production video and audio editing, motion graphics creation, and final encoding for proper display
Assist video production strategists with taking inventory, organizing equipment, prepping video shoots with set up and tear down, filming, and editing
Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to come up with ideas for multimedia content across channels
Use creative problem-solving and expertise to find solutions that uphold brand standards and achieve goals of the campaign/marketing strategy
Serve as a steward to the brand, ensuring standards are upheld across content produced
Offers process improvement and operations suggestions on how to improve webinar production, webinar user experience, events, and overall team project management
Collaborate and communicate fluidly within the marketing team, practice staff, clients and external resources.
Responsible for updating technology and technical skills, and learning the equipment and software used within the team and the firm
May use peripheral computer equipment such as scanners, color printers and copiers, or other equipment necessary to complete a design request
Adhere to departmental processes for naming and storage of files
Troubleshoot equipment if necessary
Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning of multimedia equipment and make minor repairs to equipment as needed
The qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in design, videography, film, creative arts; or equivalent education, training or experience
1-3 years of multimedia production or design experience
Webinar production experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to upskill in webinar production and strategy
Willingness to upskill in motion graphics and video production
Professional services firm experience is a plus
Presentation of a portfolio is preferred
Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner with all levels of staff and meeting situations, also presenting ideas during meetings.
Attention to detail is essential; ability to review for keying and formatting errors
Knowledge of MS Office applications and Adobe CC applications (After Effect, Premiere Pro, Audition, and Photoshop, etc.)
Knowledge of proofreaders' marks and a thorough knowledge of the rules of grammar, syntax, spelling, and punctuation required
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Takes ownership in job responsibilities
