Role / Title:
The Senior Analyst of Warehouse Operations is responsible leading the day to day metrics and performance of warehouse(s) operations. Additionally, this position will identify and support efficiency and KPI improvement initiatives. The scope of this position also includes pillar management within the warehouse team into a critical metric for Kraft-Heinz success.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive KPI and financial results through weekly and monthly processes
Implement daily rituals and routines in warehouse operations.
Tracking and generation of efficiency Savings operations.
Analytical analysis and improvement on Logistics Operations KPIs.
Root cause analysis of Logistics Operations KPI's and corrective actions with sites
Lead day to day operational communication with sites and provide daily updates to leadership.
Lead site weekly and monthly review calls with site managers.
Drive capital and operational project execution.
Co-develop pipeline efficiency initiatives with site managers.
Co-facilitate site startups and decommissions when vital.
Co-facilitate equipment needs and carrier efficiency
Build purchase orders, review and approve invoices. Identify issues and work with finance and vendors to resolve.
Lead support and input during annual financial budget process.
Identify and proactively communicate concerns with forecasted volumes
Manage access to Kraft Heinz systems
Manage operational excellence through LogOS
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 3 years General/Basic background in function area.
ERP proficiency (SAP preferred) as well as other cross-functional systems
Ability to build win/win solutions to problems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, prioritize, analyze and disseminate clear and practical operations models
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, phenomenal teammate, diligent, proactive with a drive to deliver results
Experience applying or crafting reports in tableau preferred
Travel up to 25% required
