You will coach business leadership on priorities; talent management, rewards and performance, culture and engagement, pipeline management and succession planning.
How you will contribute
You will:
+ Partner on organization design and implementation of people plans, function transformation agendas, accelerating core capability development in line with strategic plans, while enabling a growth culture that translates into employee engagement. Plan and lead on employee relations, legal and tax implications across geographies
+ Pre-empt future HR concerns through the use of data and analytics, workforce planning, leveraging insights to proactively seek and implement solutions that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy
+ Partner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition COE to attract high-caliber talent and onboarding into the business
+ Be accountable for reviewing compensation programs and supporting compensation decisions outside of guidelines
+ Enable and co-lead enterprise-wide initiatives (for example leadership framework, digital workplace)
+ Design and enable effective organization structures and ways of working, including the use of non-conventional workforces

+ Future focused, thinking ahead and anticipating opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends
Additional Information:
For this role, you will need to bring experience working in the following areas:
+ Organization design, Integrated Lean Six Sigma / Building a High-Performance Organization, workforce planning, talent acquisition, pipeline management, leadership development, capability building (core and support), early career programs, apprenticeships, and global mobility
You will also need to have demonstrated:
+ An ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders
+ Future-focused thinking to anticipate new opportunities via an outside-in perspective through an understanding of market trends
+ A track record of success in strategic talent planning and recruiting top talent
+ A track record of success in building a High-Performance Organization via Integrated Lead Six Sigma and Organization Pillar ownership
+ An ability to design and activate an early careers / apprenticeship program in partnership with technical colleges / universities
+ An understanding of end-to-end ways of working to drive a comprehensive talent agenda
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree is required
+ 10 or more years of experience in HR, working with Talent Management programs and processes in a corporate environment
+ 5 or more years of experience in TA, driving a strategic workforce planning agenda
+ Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) a strong plus
+ Strong project management skills
+ Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
+ Results-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach to work with a commitment to excellence
+ Excellent analytical and organizational skills
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
+ Strong technical skills
+ Extensive travel will be required for this role (at least 50%)
