Job Description
Director, Organizational Development – Chicago, I.L.: Manage and provide functional oversight & support to the USA zone plant HR teams, including providing industrial relations support. Lead the development and implementation of talent management strategies and initiatives with the goal of creating a high performance and sustainable organization. Develop initiatives to attract, develop, motivate, and retain a productive and engaged workforce. Work alongside the HR Leadership Team to understand strategic priorities and business needs to ensure service delivery capabilities and solutions are effectively and efficiently leveraged. Oversee (4) subordinates, (1) Learning Manager, (1) Sr. Training & Development Manager, (1) Campus and Dairy Academy Manager, and (1) People, Sustainability & Engagement Specialist.
