Job Description
Our client, a manufacturing company in the security industry located in North Brook, IL seeks a Mechanical Assembler. Successful candidates will possess good mechanical aptitude and be familiar with a variety of hand tools and their use. Basic English language skills are necessary.
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and understand basic mechanical drawings and nomenclature.
- Able to take instruction and direction from experienced assemblers.
- Be sensitive to production goals and requirements.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to use mechanical hand tools
- Primary work hours 5:30AM – 2:00PM; daily and Saturday overtime available.
