R1 RCM Inc., Vice President, Revenue Cycle Operations, Chicago, IL.

Lead R1 RCM’s End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management customer engagement, consisting of $1 to $4 billion in customer net revenue under management. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Health System C-Suite and Senior Executives and deliver strong customer results. Partner with customer executive team to align operational objectives. Ensure strong client and internal stakeholder communications while executing the R1 RCM operating system and communications routines. Receive, triage, and facilitate resolution of all customer escalations originating from Senior leaders/executives. Ensure contract execution and scope management according to terms within MSA, Addendums, and Work Orders. Support New Business Development, contract expansion, including follow on sales. Act as an executive sponsor for client onboarding and deployment routines. Monitor operational performance to KPI and budget expectations during steady state operation. Contribute to improvements to R1 RCM’s operating model. Participate in R1 RCM strategy development, share best practices, optimize performance, and support the transformation. Focus on development, performance and growth of client management teams. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.). The Salary Range is $171,163 – $235,000 per year.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and 10 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and 8 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience with the following:

  • Contract Management including expansion, execution and scope management within Master Service Agreements (MSAs);
  • Client onboarding and deployment routines including tech provisioning, vendor standardization, and establishing interim and steady state metrics;
  • Establishing initiatives for payment variances and underpayments; and
  • Data analysis and data management using MS SQL, PostGre SQL, or Oracle.

Telecommuting permitted anywhere in the U.S. up to 80%.

Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 50%.
