PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Serves as the primary recruiter for the assigned territory. Provides leadership to all aspects of recruitment and relationship building at community colleges, technical schools, and universities. Provides candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers for all GROWMARK-sponsored Internship Programs.

SUPERVISION AND LEADERSHIP
Provides supervision, leadership, and development to the GROWMARK Campus Ambassadors. Provides leadership and development to System interns before, during, and after internship programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Partners with companies, managers, and business divisions in assigned territory to understand business needs, goals & strategies to align short-term and long-term recruiting and forecasting plans to attract and hire intern and entry-level talent.

Provides leadership to System hiring managers for all aspects of the intern recruiting program. Develops and executes candidate recruiting and interviewing plans for open job posts, ensuring an understanding of all positional aspects. Conducts behavioral interviewing with candidates to evaluate competency skill levels and assure placement of only top candidates.

Strategizes and implements ways to enhance the FS/GROWMARK brand at targeted colleges and universities to market as an employer of choice.

Executes on-campus and virtual events and activities including career fairs, classroom visits, information sessions, industry events, student organization networking activities, mock interviews, and resume critiques.

Responsible for the administration of the Student Recruiting process within the applicant tracking system.

Maintains records, and submits reports including documentation on candidates, searches, and recruiting activities to ensure regulatory compliance.

Executes the goals surrounding Student Recruiting metrics including scorecards and employment conversions.

Conducts passive candidate sourcing activities, leveraging internal candidate databases, social platforms & other job boards to maximize talent pools, increase diversity and attract top talent.

Commits to a high touch candidate experience, meeting defined service levels.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Assists Talent Acquisition in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring potential pre-screened experienced candidates as needed.

Maintains a current knowledge concerning employment-related legislation and recruiting trends.

Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Must have proven evaluation, planning and decision-making skills and the ability to provide talent acquisition services.

Event / conference coordination and planning experience preferred.

Proven aptitude for leadership and skills including staffing, orientation, coaching, performance evaluation, training, and development, etc. and the ability to achieve results through others.

Prefer professional certification in Human Resources (PHR) or the SHRM Human Resources Management Certificate Program.

Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.

Must have a valid driver's license and passport with the ability to work extended hours and travel independently overnight, up to 75% of the time.

Proven computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite along with report generation skills and the ability to learn and use HR applicant tracking software and other software.

Ability to work hours beyond those considered "normal."

Ability to transport recruiting materials and assemble career fair displays.

Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
