The Opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time Slot Service Technician Supervisors to join our team at GEM in Naperville, Illinois. Our ideal Slot Service Technician Supervisor is an expert with operating electronic and video gaming technology. You will use your skills to lead a team of Slot Service Technicians and ensure all work is carried out efficiently while sharing your technical know-how knowledge. Slot Service Technicians are essential to the daily operations at the venue, be part of the action and join the team today.
shift: 5:30PM – 2:30AM – days vary
Pay
Minimum pay rate: $20.00 / hour

Responsibilities
+ Arrange the working schedule for the slot service technician team to ensure all assigned tasks can be accomplished.
+ Lead the slot service technician associates; share gaming machinery and electronic expertise.
+ Encourage personal development among the slot technician team.
+ Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to to ensure the protection of assets and associates.
+ Conduct walk-a-rounds to ensure all equipment is operational and in compliance with state gaming regulations.
+ Assist with troubleshooting issues; arrange vendor repairs if machinery cannot be fixed in-house.
+ Be an ambassador for the location.
+ All other duties assigned.
+ Valid Driver’s License required.
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 3 years’ related work experience required.
+ Minimum 1 year previous supervisory experience.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
+ Excellent computer skills including e-mail, spreadsheets, graphics, routine database activity, and record-keeping, as well as basic smart-phone and GPS knowledge.
+ Maintain a valid state driver’s license.
+ Able and willing to work flexible work schedule.
+ Strong knowledge of gaming regulations preferred.
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time.
+ Able to lift and carry a minimum of 70 pounds occasionally.
+ Ability to stand, sit, and kneel for brief periods.
+ Ability to work in an indoor, loud, and smoky
