We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager/Personalization, to evangelize ML-driven personalization with stakeholders and provide thought leadership within and outside of the team. You will re-envision the product workflows that our HR clients use to manage the experience of their employees and drive HR outcomes for their business. This role directly impacts Alight's performance, with in-scope products expected to grow share and reduce our cost-to-serve of specific HR solutions.
You will build an enterprise-wide personalization capability that will shape the future of Alight's digital user experiences and communications. This role will build a deep understanding of the user's journeys, the richness of Alight's data assets, and a variety of statistical and machine learning approaches to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time in the right channel. This role works throughout the product lifecycle to develop and fulfill the product vision by consulting stakeholders across the health, wealth, and career business domains as well as conducting market analysis, developing product strategy across all the digital and communication channels, gathering and prioritizing requirements, supporting daily sprints, and supporting the release process.
**US Citizenship requirements- as this role supports services provided to the federal government and/or a federal government contractor, proof will be required to verify US citizenship status at time of hire.**
What you'll Need:
Demonstrated ability to conduct both quantitative as well as qualitative discovery (e.g., analyze usage trends and speak with clients in a self-service fashion, respectively, to uncover valuable insights)
Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with an agile engineering team
Demonstrated ability to manage toward a particular metric/ KPI
Demonstrated empathy towards colleagues and clients
Experience in HR-, healthcare-, and retirement-related products a plus
Ability to conduct analytics using more technical tools like SQL, python, Pandas, Google Analytics, etc a plus
Experience operating in engineering- and product-transformation contexts a plus
