Job Description
The Office of Public Works, Garage Division is seeking a part-time dispatcher for weekends Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and as needed to perform routine radio dispatching service and routine manual tasks. This individual will be responsible for being the radio contact between the garage and the work crews out in the field, dispatching crews to work locations, locating streets and addresses for crews in the field, answering and logging telephone calls, creating service requests and work orders and entering associated data into the computer system. This position is covered by AFSCME #3417 STARTING RATE: $23.0063 HOURLY
