Find your passion here with us at Covenant Living! We are looking to add a talented Dietary Aid (Healthcare Server) to our Healthcare Dining Team. Here, our jobs are not just jobs, they are a career with purpose and passion.
The minimum schedule is to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and 2 week days that you choose. The hours are generally from 3:30pm-7:30pm. No seasonal applicants at this time. We are in need of consistent work availability throughout the year.

In this role, theDining Services Aidewill:
Participate in food preparation and pre-dinner cleaning assignments.
Pre-service setup of tray-line.
Assembling individual meals on tray-line.
Ensure food quality and ticket accuracy for each meal tray order.
If assisting in the healthcare dining rooms, take orders and answer resident questions regarding meals.
Collect all used food dishes, utensils, and left over food in resident room and in resident dining areas.
Assuring that all shift duties are thoroughly completed before the close of each shift period and all work areas a clean and sanitary.
The ideal candidate will have:
At least a year experience working in a Healthcare food service setting.
Ability to effectively communicate in English with reading, writing, speaking and analytical skills.
An up to date Safe Serve Certificate, or willingness to receive upon hire.
Willingness to work with and interact with older adults who may need extra care and attention due to physical or cognitive challenges.
