Job Description

Celergo, LLC seeks a Senior Global Integration Architect at our Elk Grove Village, IL location. Responsibilities: Responsible for client relationship regarding the global integration services, including coordination of internal communication across all Integration Service teams for the global clients between EMEA, NA & APAC regions. Support other activities related to client service such as user training delivery, additional after go-live system configuration activities etc. Oversee global Change request Process and co-ordinate all regional/local service teams where local involvement is needed (global & local system maintenance and testing co-ordination). Become a global Client Service single point of contact to the client global counter part’s team for any discussion topics related to global functionality. Deliver a design and mapping for global integration tickets. Advise clients on best practice of design and mapping on their systems of records. Support integration consultants on reviewing, analyzing and designing complex issues and Change Requests. Coordinate technical activities related to the client integration issues & Change Requests. Cooperate with above teams to avoid regression on live data and processes when new integration features are deployed by ADP product or by systems of records. Review and validate documentation provided by Implementation during Transition to Service. Analyze the problem on a global level, estimates and propose the resolution process. Configuration and test the changes and then ensure that they get available for the client. Ensure new integration clients are on-boarded and stabilized in alignment with all other non HCM/PY functionality. Participate in transition process between implementation phase to service support phase and review the learning points. Participate in defining cross functional service scope, responsibilities and delivery list with client. Co-ordinate configuration and testing communication with local service application teams.

SALARY:  $120,328 to $195,500 per year 

WORK SCHEDULE:  40 hours per week, M–F (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus five (5) years of related experience. Employer will accept a master’s degree plus two (2) years of experience. Telecommuting Permitted. Two (2) years of experience must include: HR processing procedures; Client Relationship Management tools such as Siebel; Global HCM processing procedures including global payroll solutions; Global HCM systems of records integrations into global payroll solutions; Global HCM/Payroll systems (such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, or Celergo); HCM systems support models and implementation methodologies; Project management of HCM systems of records integrations projects; Customer interfacing with business and technical credibility; Creating, deploying, and overseeing business intelligence and reporting solutions; and Creating functional & technical design documentation for scoped use cases.
