Job Description
Responsibilities*Perform full cycle accounting and ensure all transactions are accounted for accurately, timely, and in accordance with US GAAP for multiple subsidiaries
*Manage accounts payable process including approving invoices and weekly payment selections
*Complete month-end close process including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations and applicable supporting balance sheet schedules
*Perform balance sheet reconciliations; apply technical knowledge and judgment to ensure accuracy of accounts and timely resolution of reconciling items as required
*Responsible for weekly cash and cash related account reconciliations including foreign currency accounts
*Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting as well as monthly variance analysis
*
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages including analytical reviews of monthly operating results and variance analysis
*Maintain adequate internal controls within the accounting processes to ensure well documented, accurate and timely financial reporting
*Assist with preparing and/or gathering support for annual external audit and tax filings
*Work with finance team on a variety of ad-hoc projects, as needed
