The Opportunity

This position works out of our Lake Forest, IL location in the ARDx Division.

What You’ll Work On

If hired in this role you will work as a BI Product Owner with cross-functional teams and projects throughout the business including but not limited to Global Business Services, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to coordinate efforts in data centralization and reporting best practices with BI tools.

In addition, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to define needs and to implement solutions while making sure any data or reporting that is created reflects the quality and standards of the organization.

Additional Responsibilities:

+ Leverage existing infrastructure and resources across the enterprise to align the Business Intelligence Strategy with RMDx initiatives and guidance.

+ Proactively identify new data sources and analytics opportunities with business partners to ensure that leadership’s decision-making is based on the most current, objective, and comprehensive insights.

+ Be responsible for BI Product Ownership through its data life cycle, including sourcing, design, build, release as well as production support.

+ Work with other Product Owner(s) to learn, to collaborate, to lead, to engage with corresponding business domain users.

+ Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.

+ Self-motivated, ability to lead initiatives involving analytics, ERP, Financial Systems and/or Supply Chain Systems.

+ Analytical thinker with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree (or Master’s degree preferred) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field is required.

+ 8+ years of experience product management or similar experience of managing application lifecycle from ideation to production and support

+ Experience of working in Agile, DevOps, and Cloud technologies

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience in Health Care industry

+ Experience in environments using Azure

+ Experience in a quality regulated environment

+ Consulting/ advisory mindset

+ Product Management or product design experience for business intelligence products

+ Practical experience with design/ collaboration tools and lean, agile methodologies/tools

+ Experience of contributing to strategy, creating outcome-driven product roadmaps, and driving creation and management of backlogs.

+ Experience with Lean Product Management and User-Centered Design methodologies.

Competencies:

+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to break down complex problems into smaller steps.

+ Experience navigating large organizations and an understanding of complex stakeholder relationships.

+ Enjoys working in fast moving product team.

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
