Job Description
Payroll Specialist - (Remote)We are assisting a pharmaceutical company in Cambridge looking to add an experienced Payroll Specialist to their team. As Payroll Specialist you will be part of a team that administers the activities relating to the company payroll and benefits processing.
Responsibilities:
- Process payrolls for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees; including reviewing, administering regulatory requirements, and other adjustments to pay as necessary.
- Process employee onboarding tasks.
- Maintain employee records in payroll/benefits systems.
- Assists with terminations, and some cobra administration.
- Assists with the new hire employee onboarding process
- Processes administrative leave of absences.
- 3+ years of Payroll experience
- Must have experience working with ADP WorkforceNow
- Experience onboarding new hires in ADP preferred
