RRVBC is currently hiring for a Hospital Services/Distribution Supervisor. This position is responsible for our Hospital Services department operations and supervision of staff. Under the direction of the VP, Technical Services, you will oversee the management of our blood inventory by analyzing our current inventory, planning and communicating the supply needs of our hospitals and coordinating the shipments to hospitals and blood collection brokers/agencies. This position will work closely with internal and external parties to ensure RRVBC is maintaining our critical blood supply, and providing safe, high-value blood products.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday during regular business hours and includes on-call rotation. On-call rotation would require overnight hour availability and includes a hourly pay differential.

Successful candidate will have:

• Excellent product management, distribution and inventory skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, problem solving and attention to detail skills.
• Strong understanding of quality control, cGMP, FDA, CLIA and industry regulations.
