Job Description

As a Senior Customer Analyst on the Walmart sales team, this role is responsible for reporting and analytics to uncover unique trends and insights. ? We are looking for top talent in the Rogers, Arkansas area but are open to candidates throughout the US.

As the expert on our sales metrics, you will work closely with account executives, sales directors, and category management to review business trends and provide your input on opportunities to improve profit and gross sales volume. You’ll partner with the Sales team to maintain business forecasts and track our joint business plan with our retail partner. You ’ ll leverage your skills in extracting data from multiple sources to provide a periodic summary of performance against our joint goals and objectives. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

+ Analyzing Data ? – Serve as the team’s primary & analytic resource, evaluating Nielsen data while focusing on pricing and promotion. ? We’re looking to you to identify key distribution, pricing, and placement opportunities that can grow the business. ?

+ Tools and Technology – You’ll use Walmart Luminate for Walmart-specific data at region, market, and store levels, along with Tableau.

+ Maximizing Business Processes ? – ? Build tools to support Walmart and the Retail Sales team. You’ll track essential performance metrics, including sales growth and market share, against key benchmarks. Additionally, you’ll manage weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc deliverables

Were Looking for Someone With

+ Experience in an analytical role

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced expertise in Excel and experience building PowerPoint presentations

+ Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules and specific time constraints

+ Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly

+ Work as a team and comfortable working with cross functional partners in a timely manner
