Primary Responsibilities

Lead global inclusive talent strategy with a focus on talent management, recruiting, and talent mobility practices

Own the Inclusive Talent Team which includes Equality Business Partners, talent strategy leads for underrepresented groups, and our Global Inclusive Talent Partners.

Leverage data to inspire change with our most senior business leaders through our Equality Business Reviews in partnerships with our HR Business partners

Craft and lead key talent interventions, guided by data

Partner across the Equality, Legal, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Recruiting, and HR Business Partner teams to deliver tailored solutions for retention, advancement, and hiring.

Serve as trusted advisor to our business and HR leaders on inclusionary talent practices

Drive impact with our equitable talent strategies passionate about the experiences of women, underrepresented groups, and LGBTQIA+ employees.

Report directly into the Chief Equality Officer and help drive global equality strategy for the company

Experience + Skills

10+ years inclusive talent, HR, and/or DEI experience

Deep expertise in inclusive talent practices and talent management strategies

Strong ability to process and leverage data to identify gaps and build prescriptive solutions

Experienced people leader with outstanding people leadership skills

Adept at mentorship and consulting for senior leaders on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics and/or talent practices

Experience partnering with legal and knowledge of employment law

Experienced with Tableau dashboards or similar data visualization tools

Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Comfortable navigating highly confidential and critical information

Ability to build, implement, and collaborate on a global strategy

Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity: cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, educational, age, sexual orientation, sexual identity, etc.
