We are seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented Program Manager that will manage the relationship and overall project program between Regulatory and Marketing. They will work closely with our Regulatory and Doc Services team to help design the frameworks, policies, procedures, and training for the marketing department. You will own the project planning for all regulatory requirements and gather all assets affected by regulatory updates. When marketing materials have regulatory updates completed, you will help manage the compliance submission process to ensure that assets are correctly tracked.

JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
This role will manage the relationship and overall project program between Regulatory and Marketing. Work closely with our Regulatory and Doc Services team to help design the frameworks, policies, procedures, and training for the marketing department. Responsible for project planning for all regulatory requirements and gather all assets affected by regulatory updates. When marketing materials have regulatory updates completed, manage the compliance submission process in order to ensure that assets are correctly tracked.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Regulatory and Document compliance teams on creating collaborative processes
Propose and implement policies, procedures that need to be followed on all marketing related items
Create a project plan and timeline for regulatory reviews and check-ins for all product launch material - print and digital o Create a process for managing regulatory requests and audits for existing materials
Serve as first point of contact for the Regulatory Team and Document compliance teams o Represent the Marketing team in weekly meetings with Regulatory team and communicate any updates or upcoming initiatives that will require resources
Respond to regulatory requests, help identify potential gaps, and respond to and address issues as they arise
Create quarterly reports that summarize the regulatory updates that have been completed to all marketing materials
Manage the marketing content/collateral submission process with our Document Services team
Understand and execute the different forms and processes that need to be followed when marketing creates new marketing materials or updates current marketing materials
Manage the submission process and confirm that all materials are properly released in our systems and correctly tracked o Serve as the main point of contact for all questions from the Doc Services team
Attend all review meetings with Doc Services team and answer any questions they have regarding the marketing materials we have submitted
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
Education (i.e. 4-year college degree, license, certification)
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience (i.e. years of work experience related to the job)
3-5 years of professional project management experience in healthcare marketing environment o 1-3 years of change management experience working with internal regulatory, legal and/or compliance teams o Intermediate to Advanced Excel experience required
Knowledge / Technical Requirements
Possess some working knowledge of the healthcare sector and regulatory requirements
Be proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro and project planning software are tools

Be comfortable working cross-functionally and seeking out project clarifications from multiple teams * Be extremely detail oriented and love an air-tight project plan
Be energized by working in a fast-paced environment
Be comfortable with changing priorities
Be very good with creating Excel spreadsheets and creating timelines
