Major Responsibilities Include:
Analyzing and maintain Customer Accounts
Customer Contact
Submit recommendations for Customer Credit Line adjustments.
Reconcile and resolve customer claims/issues.
Identify OFI's (Opportunities for Improvement)
Validate rebates, warranty & allowances for audits.
Coordinate with accounting payment detail for accuracy.
Monthly Reporting
Working with Credit Reporting Services
Lead Executive Level Meetings
Some travel
Skills/Qualifications:
Analytical/Innovative/Organized/Interpersonal
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; excel, word.
3+ years of Credit/Collection Experience with business/finance major.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Able to identify problems and/or discrepancies and take corrective action.
Ability to stay focused when working remotely.
Strong attention to detail
JD Edwards, SAP, Salesforce experience a plus
Written and Oral Communication Skills
Understanding of accounting rules/audits
