Overview
Pay range for this position is $38.32 - $51.35/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Occupational Health Case Manager Clinic Nurse is responsible for providing a variety of nursing duties as well as serving as case manager. These duties include coordinating and assisting with post-offer physicals or assessments, counsels and assists employees exposed to diseases, provides injury assessment, determines appropriate level of care, completes occupational health screening and surveillance services, and provides case management services. These Case Management services include such actions as assisting with injury reporting, obtaining referrals, collaboration with the Workers' Compensation Carrier and other healthcare providers, assisting employees to schedule and receive appropriate services and maintaining the OSHA log for the regional OSF hospital.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelors
Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse (IL)
CPR Required - AHA
Experience 2 years of clinical RN experience in order to be able to independently assist employees with minor injuries / illnesses, respond to a variety of health and related occupational questions, and serve as case manager for occupational injuries / illnesses.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of OSHA, CDC, ADA guidelines and requirements CCM, CM (Case Management Certification)
