RSM's Healthcare Advisory ServicesConsulting practice is searching for a Clinical Operations Consulting Supervisor to join our team. We are an integrated health care consultingteam that provides regulatory, strategy, and operations focused services to healthcare organizations throughout the country.

Responsibilities include:
Lead teams of individuals on clinical performance improvement projects
Sell and deliver large transformational engagements to both academic and community health systems focused on improving cost and quality metrics
Leverage EMR data to detect variation and variability in delivery of care and to develop real time dashboards
Develop and implement clinical service delivery methodologies
Coach leadership on managing change
Sponsor industry alliances
Manage and execute project work plans, including qualitative and quantitative tasks and analytics, to provide high quality client service delivery
Manage and direct support staff on projects to prioritize work tasks, ensure project milestones and deadlines are met, and ensure work products meet quality standards
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
Assist in preparation of data for executive meetings
Assist in identification of margin improvement opportunities in the following areas: Peri-operative services, Care Management, Emergency Department, Inpatient Services and Clinic Operations.
Develop and deliver educational programs, seminars and presentations
Assess operational workflows and identify areas of opportunity to improve efficiency
Stay Up-to-date on industry trends to provide the most relevant advisory services to clients
Ability to communicate effectively with executive level clients

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. MBA preferred.
2+ years of healthcare consulting experience for Hospitals and large Physician groups preferred
Proven experience in managing client service teams and client relationships preferred
RN Certification is a plus
2+ years working in a healthcare setting as a clinician
1+ years working in a supervisory/management role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Teams, Excel and Power Point.
Tableau and Power BI experience preferred
Experience in working with Epic and/or Cerner required
Presentation and Education experience preferred
Ability and willingness to travelnationwide 75%
