Fundraising Caller
Position Highlights:
Position: Fundraising Caller
Location: Elmhurst, IL / Remote
Full Time/Part Time: Part time (16-20 hours per week)
Hours: Flexible scheduling Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm. Sundays required 12:00pm-4:00pm.
What you will do:
Communicate via phone / email as a representative of the Foundation with designated prospective donors
Reflect the values and culture of the Foundation in all aspects of performance
Utilize the training provided in bonding, cultivation and solicitation of family base of prospects
Utilize the training provided to properly handle all prospect and/or donor questions
Achieve the identified statistics through the provided calling hardware/software necessary to realize success
Identify patterns and trends and opportunities for improvement
Adhere to all policies and procedures as required by HR
Regularly review all program aspects with Foundation Supervisor in conjunction with counsel
Keep current on Hospital/System developments/news
Maintain a positive work environment as part of the Foundation's team
What you will need:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Unique or Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong verbal skills to effectively communicate over the telephone
Strong grammar and spelling skills to effectively communicate via e-mail
Strong organizational skills
Aptitude for organization, people and non-routine situations
Goal oriented, making use of reports/statistics
