A Robert Half client is offering an exciting opportunity for a talented HR Recruiter in Schaumburg, Illinois. This role involves assisting the management team with various recruitment and selection activities, as well as on-boarding and employee relations. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to contribute to various recruiting, diversity, and HR projects. Bilingual Spanish/English is a MUST. Based in Elk Grove Village. Hybrid

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management team to meet staffing needs
- Create and post job advertisements to various sources
- Screen applicants for suitability and job fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate pre-employment assessments
- Assist with on-boarding of new employees
- Address and resolve any employee relations issues
- Participate in various recruiting, diversity, and HR-related projects
- Utilize ATS – Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient recruitment processes
- Conduct full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
- Use Spanish Language skills when necessary in the recruitment process.
RequirementsRequirements:
Must have at least 2 years of experience in HR recruiting
Proficient in hiring processes
Familiar with ATS
Experience in full-cycle recruiting
Spanish language skills are a must
