As a Staff Manufacturing Engineer, you will oversee projects from design to implementation, focusing on developing manufacturing equipment, processes, and tooling. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you'll translate customer needs into actionable projects, delivering innovative solutions aligned with quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

Manufacturing Engineering Assignments
- Perform complex engineering assignments and apply advanced principles.
- Conduct technical investigations.
- Develop test plans and own results.

Project Management
- Manage all phases of large-scale projects, maintaining timeline and budget.
- Conduct feasibility studies, estimate costs, develop criteria, and document progress.

Issue Resolution
- Resolve complex issues and implement improvements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and resolve problems.

Documentation/Presentation
- Create detailed assembly and/or test methods
- Provide technical presentations, guidance, and support to customers and suppliers.
- Make project recommendations.

Teamwork/Collaboration
- Serve as a resource for less experienced engineers.
- Research, recommend, and implement new manufacturing practices.
What You Will Bring
- Required Degree: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Preferred Degree: Mechanical Engineering.
- Required Experience: 5 years in the industry with a solid manufacturing engineering background.
- Experience with manual assembly.
- Controls knowledge.
- Understanding of fixturing, workflow improvement, and work aides.
- Willingness to work in multiple areas of a made-to-order business.
- Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
- Ability to spend most of the day hands-on in the manufacturing process.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills on the floor and with the design team.
- Preferred Experience: Designing and developing manufacturing tooling, fixturing and equipment. Optimizing assembly processes and workflows.
