Job Description
Responsibilities:
Client-facing calls and communication:
- Joining client calls to take notes and draft agendas
- Emailing client timely links for executive social throughout the week
- Sharing timely POVs and opportunities with clients
Monitoring:
- Tag-team daily monitoring newsletter shared with client executive leadership
- Maintain master tracker for reporting
- Collaborate with analytics to ensure relevant recap content
- Flag real-time relevant industry and client news
Executive Visibility & Corporate Reputation:
- Help coordinate high-touch executive visibility media moments & opportunities across C-Suite
- Vetting and developing POVs for executive leaders
- Researching awards and managing status for exec vis opportunities across key stakeholders
- Research and maintain a list of new media contacts for corporate reputation
- First draft of select awards
Qualifications:
- Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of a large agency and/or public relations experience, ideally within the Retail, QSR, or Food space
- Demonstrated record in building strong client relationships and delivering programs that exceeded anticipated results
- Proven track record in growing business
- Demonstrated experience as a team leader and “culture bearer”
- Direct experience in building and managing teams and interfacing with integrated agency teams
