Job Description

Responsibilities: 

Client-facing calls and communication:

  • Joining client calls to take notes and draft agendas
  • Emailing client timely links for executive social throughout the week
  • Sharing timely POVs and opportunities with clients

Monitoring:

  • Tag-team daily monitoring newsletter shared with client executive leadership
  • Maintain master tracker for reporting
  • Collaborate with analytics to ensure relevant recap content  
  • Flag real-time relevant industry and client news

Executive Visibility & Corporate Reputation:

  • Help coordinate high-touch executive visibility media moments & opportunities across C-Suite
  • Vetting and developing POVs for executive leaders  
  • Researching awards and managing status for exec vis opportunities across key stakeholders
  • Research and maintain a list of new media contacts for corporate reputation  
  • First draft of select awards

 

Qualifications:

  • Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of a large agency and/or public relations experience, ideally within the Retail, QSR, or Food space
    • Demonstrated record in building strong client relationships and delivering programs that exceeded anticipated results
    • Proven track record in growing business
    • Demonstrated experience as a team leader and “culture bearer”
    • Direct experience in building and managing teams and interfacing with integrated agency teams
