Major Duties :1. Collaborates on multidisciplinary project teams, from concept / strategy stage through execution, to ensure that the experiences created are viable for our business and set us apart from our competition.\n\n2. Supports multidisciplinary lab teams to create compelling designs for partners, clients and business units.\n\n3. Develops clear understanding of business objectives for a given initiative and helps translate those to designers.\n\n4. Surfaces key strategic questions around business issues such as partner adoption, user experiences, operations, organizational structure, brand identity and implementation/production.\n\n5. Conducts secondary research and examines industry trends to inspire design. Analyzes the competitive landscape to ensure The Northern Lab is creating differentiated experiences.\n\n6. Contributes to the development of project roadmaps and or experience strategy and helps set priorities.\n\n7. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions\n\nKnowledge :Strong writing, problem solving, presentation and storytelling skills\nIn-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required\nHighly flexible and adaptable to change, embraces ambiguity and responds positively to change\nUses collaborative/communication tools effectively e.g. Slack, G Suite, Skype, Outlook\n\nExperience :Bachelor's degree in design or business and/or relevant proven work experience is required. Previous experience within a design agency, in-house design team, or in a relevant business role is preferred.
