- Accountability to design complex automated test solutions integrating infrastructure tech stack, security layer, application functionality
- Drive production stability target goals for critical business flows
- UI/UX development using React JS to build interactive web applications
- Database and Webservices architecture deep understanding to build Microservices using Spring Boot
- Strong multi language scripting hands on experience such as Python, Java, SQL, React JS, Groovy
- Develop and deliver solutions to manage infrastructure projects and upgrades meets success requirements using automated verifications for Infrastructure, Security and upstream/downstream interactive application systems
- Ensure change quality for major infrastructure system upgrades without impacting business users ensuring production stability of cross enterprise systems
- Lead Driver for technical solutions using DevOps and CICD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo and ADO to build custom pipelines and support high volume test builds
- Actively participate in new product onboarding discussions, design decisions and implementation plans
- Build and maintain strong automation test framework using automated test tools such as Selenium, LeanFT and Unified Function Test (UFT), RestAssured and Test NG
- Design solutions for optimized scaled test executions to implement unattended automation test suite capabilities
- Lead a team of test architects, developers and engineers to build automated innovative solutions supporting custom suites for each enterprise technology stack
- Product owner for Infrastructure and Application test orchestration tool with Self Service capabilities
- Design application features and translate into business and technical specifications
- Design solutions to integrate with Enterprise Disaster Recovery automation pipelines to achieve faster mean time to recover requirements
- Design live Production Application Health dashboards for Business clusters, Functions and applications with integration to Service Now for Incident management.
- Perform code reviews which will improve application stability and resiliency of automation scripts
- Manage project delivery using Agile Methodology Scrum/Kanban and project management tools like Azure and Jira
- Must exercise leadership abilities to manage various multidisciplinary teams' cross enterprise on successful completion of target project goals.
- Manage globally distributed teams and resources delivery tasked with multiple project delivery goals
- Coach and mentor a team of application developers and automated testers to improve productivity
- Set annual goals to direct resources and provide managerial inputs on evaluations and feedback. Coach upcoming leads and team members.
- Perform resource skills assessment and manage project assignments to ensure quality through put based on critical program requirements
