Job Description
About the role
The IT Technical Specialist III - Collaboration is responsible for administering and configuration of cloud-based core services such as Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD) and Device Management. This role will also work closely with leadership to understand business requirements, identify priorities, and develop roadmap and implementation plans for cloud-based solution

Key Job Accountabilities
Analyze and translate our business requirements into technical requirements while providing best practices and guidelines for cloud operations and processes
Prepare and present technical design documentation and task-level project plans to the business, leadership, and technical team members
Working with leadership to establish cloud technology roadmaps and clear release strategies
Working with leadership to establish business and user awareness campaigns
Research and present new cloud technologies and recommendations which best fit the business and IT objectives while aligning with the overall organization's strategy
Establish performance monitoring and auditing to ensure ongoing efficiency of our cloud platforms and solutions
Help identify and communicate risks (business, application, technical) associated with our cloud platforms and solutions
Maintain a deep technical knowledge of Office 365 Services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Azure AD) and third-party application integrations
Provide highest-level technical support to help resolve complex customer problems from on-premise to Amcor Office 365 Services
Support Cloud and Hybrid Products, Collaboration Services (Call, Message, Meet), along with phone/video conferencing endpoints connected to the Cloud.
Ensure that technical documentation (not included in the product documentation) that is needed by customers to effectively troubleshoot the product/solution is created and available for use.
Identify and work with BG to enhance tools, script automation, or other activities that will enable the team to work more efficiently and speed to accelerate issue identification and resolution.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent Expert
5-7 years of experience in Information Technology
5-7 years of experience in a similar role (Cloud Engineer, Office 365 Specialist)
Collaborate with other project teams on technical solutions and help improve Amcor service.
Ability to learn and work with new and emerging technologies
Expert with PowerShell scripting and other command-line interfaces
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communications skills
