Role/ Department: Talent Management Specialist/Talent Management and Development Global Practices

The Talent Management Specialist will lead the design, execution and operationalization of some of our core talent management products, including succession planning, talent review, performance management, skills/ career pathing and other related initiatives. As part of the Talent Management and Development Global Practices team, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing our talent strategy to grow top talent across the organization.

The key responsibilities of the role include:
Lead the assessment, design and implementation for key talent management products in our portfolio, which could include succession planning, talent review, performance management and skills strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and manage to project and communication plans to ensure seamless execution.
Partner with our internal Workday team and other key stakeholders to ensure a high-quality user experience for talent management programs.
Research and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Talent Advisors, HR Business Partners, HR COEs, especially HR Technology, business leadership and others to gather input, gain buy-in and drive alignment on talent management initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management practices and processes, offering guidance and support to key stakeholders.
Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of talent management processes and tools across the organization.
Establish simple performance and success measures for key programs and collect data to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs; use data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Develop process maps, service blueprints, procedures or other documentation to promote efficiency in our operations.

Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Organizational Development/Behavior, I/O Psychology, Business or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in talent management or organizational development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing effective talent programs.
Experience with Workday.
Strategic thinker with a product management mindset for talent programs.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to successful completion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Change management expertise, with ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive understanding and adoption.

The successful candidate will benefit from having:
