SUMMARY
Responsible for home office brokerage operations support and client service for the sales and trading teams across wealth management and institutional asset servicing. Focuses on the day-to-day transaction processing of asset movement for client servicing, process and review of daily managed account trading, review and adjustment of account trade corrections, and daily margin and risk review. Serves on large and / or complex projects. Supports Team Manager in ensuring operational efficiency, focuses on the day-today operation of the department. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and / or internal business impact.

MAJOR DUTIES
Processing and problem resolution with focus on wide scale service issues. The core competencies include : margin analysis, transfers of assets, cashiering processing and security processing.
Must have ability to identify, analyze, and escalate complex issues. Must demonstrate excellent analytical and problem solving skills required to bring items quickly to a resolution.
Understands and adheres to departmental policies and procedures. Makes recommendations to improve processes, when appropriate.
Reconciliation and Position Management - daily review of managed account deposits and withdrawals and ongoing service and support
Reviews daily margin and risk reports and understanding firm risk
Acts as an expert on managed account trade flows between systems, third-party vendors and our clearing firm, resolving communication issues
Key understanding between systems, liaising with third party vendors and providing guidance to front office
Brokerage research skills in corporate actions, international securities, restricted stock
Project manager of private placement exchange fund processing and servicing

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
Functional / Industry Knowledge is required.
Analytical and problem solving skills are required.
Be able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical. Must have good project management and communication skills and have strong working knowledge of the firm, the industry and technology.
