QTC Management, a Leidos company, seeks a Warehouse Technician for our Wood Dale, IL office.

What part would you play in this role?

Performs a variety of routine activities in support of the Rapid Site Deployment (RSD) team. Responsible for the shipping and receiving of Clinic in a Box (CIB) sets and Information Technology (IT) Go Boxes. Orders and maintains inventory of needed supplies and equipment. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.

You will also:

  • Provide logistical support to the RSD team
  • Be responsible for coordination of shipping and receiving complete CIB sets and IT Go Boxes to event sites including tracking and stocking of supplies as needed
  • Order and maintain all RSD supply inventories including completion of inventory sheets for CIBs before shipping, inventory returning CIBs and restock and build CIBs as necessary
  • Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality
  • Process claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments in a timely manner
  • Track and analyze missed shipments to ensure they do not occur again
  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel if unable to handle
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

We seek candidates w/ the following skills/competencies:

  • Ability to move containers with wheels up to 120 lbs
  • Knowledge of electronic shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service, organization and follow-through skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of office equipment (Fax, Printer, Copier, etc.)
  • HS Diploma or GED, or 2 years of relevant experience in lieu

Pay Range: $20 - $23/hour

The QTC Management pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
