Trustmark is seeking talented Applications Delivery Managers to join our IT Applications Team.
This is a hybrid work arrangement position with 3 days at the office in Lake Forest, IL, and 2 days remote.
As a strategic liaison between IT and various business domains, the Applications Delivery Manager will collaborate with assigned business units to assess their technology needs, define requirements, and develop effective solutions.
Leveraging your understanding of business operations, you’ll create short and long-term technology roadmaps based on anticipated changes. Additionally, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for business unit inquiries, prioritize initiatives, develop business cases, and advocate for unit interests with senior IT leadership. Your oversight ensures the successful delivery of IT solutions to meet business needs.
Key Accountabilities
In support multiple small business units or one highly complex business unit:
+ Provide strategic consulting, support and guidance regarding key IT initiatives
+ Communicate decisions, priorities, and project information to appropriate levels of staff and leadership regarding business unit requests, projects and initiatives
+ Advise in delivering products and services to value all business partners
+ Serve as a primary point of contact advisor for IT Executives
+ Play a lead role in enabling business goal achievement through the effective use of technology and facilitate business changes through technology
Education and Experience
Candidates we seek will bring 6-10+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated strengths in:
+ Serving as a technical subject matter expert and consultant to business leaders
+ Assessing and prioritizing technology solutions to business needs
+ Developing and presenting technology roadmaps to support anticipated changes
+ Communicating and advising senior leadership
+ Critical thinking, problem-solving, and a continuous improvement mindset
