ABOUT THE POSITION:

This position reports to the Associate Director of Marketing Communications and will make an impact on Marketing Strategies, Job Traffic Management, and Project Management. The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating the development of digital and traditional marketing assets to increase brand awareness, win new customers, and deepen existing customer penetration through cross-promotional tactics. A deep knowledge of best marketing practices, omni-channel campaign tactics, and project management skills is required. You will support the business through the following responsibilities:

+ Manage all phases of integrated marketing campaigns including campaign strategy planning and analysis, creative direction and review, budget planning and analysis, production timetables; bid specifications; list selection and acquisition; and ROI analysis.

+ Understand the market and customer segments by maintaining current knowledge of competitor activities, industry trends, regulatory activities, and business trends.

+ Drive improvement in the financial performance of the business through on-going business analysis, financial analysis, and continuous process improvements.

+ Develop and write appropriate messaging to target audiences for each campaign for various marketing tactics including email, digital ads, and collateral.

+ Collaborate and support sales, product business units and other internal partners in developing campaign strategies, messaging, and audience targets.

+ Assist in the development of technical engineering marketing content, including blogs, videos, presentations, white papers, case studies, and more.

+ Translate marketing program requests into functional requirements, working with the Marketing campaign template and the Campaign Stakeholder(s).

+ Manage projects following their scheduled path responsible for on-time delivery.

+ Help set and manage expectations and understanding of the marketing process for program impact.

+ Work closely with project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status, identify potential issues and /or opportunities within or related to the project.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

+ B.S. or B.A. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering

+ 2+ years of marketing experience

+ Manufacturing industry experience preferred

+ General knowledge of Marketing Automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce)

+ Ability to manage external providers and prioritize activities

+ Team player approach with a positive and proactive attitude

+ High level of flexibility and capable of delivering results in a rapidly changing environment

+ Basic analytical, budgetary, and problem-solving skills

+ Process orientation with an entrepreneurial attitude

+ Working experience within an international company is a plus.
