Adecco is assisting a local client seeking a Production Clerk. This is a long-term job opportunity. As a Production Clerk, you will enter data into the production tracking database, balance hours in payroll to hours in the production tracking system and help support the office. Responsibilities for this Production Clerk job includes but not limited to the following:

· Must be able to use excel for balancing hours.

· Scan in production work sheets.

· Enter hours and part numbers into a data collection system.

· Enter production data into computer system.

· File paperwork into paper folders and into computer folders.

· Use a computer system to print out work orders.

· Perform first day training for all new personnel.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent.

· Ability to read and write English and Spanish is mandatory.

· 1-3 year’s data entry or accounting experience preferred.

· Ability to work overtime when necessary.

· Computer skills mandatory.

· Experience on Outlook, Word, Excel.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Able to manage multiple projects and establish priorities.

· Must be creative, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team.

Pay for this position is $20.00/hr. Hours are 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
