Description
+ Read, action, respond and maintain up to date Shared Email-box via Outlook during work shift.
+ Retrieve, print, and assemble documentation from system, throughout work shift for Air Export cargo and transfer to other departments .
+ Maintain accurate inventory of supplies associated to cargo tracking.
+ Communicate effectively with team members nationwide and participate in group calls via Microsoft-Teams.
+ Help research and resolve operational problems by working closely with department’s management.
+ Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word – Microsoft Excel.
+ Must be able to work holidays and weekends.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs.
- Knowledge of US ports and geography.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with air freight, freight bills, and freight carriers.
- Familiarity with import-export documents and procedures.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Requirements+ No experience in cargo logistics required.
