Position Summary

The Support Data Project Lead (DPL) will be responsible for assisting with the successful delivery of pharmaceutical manufacturers’ contractual reporting needs; partnering with Primary DPLs on the implementation of pharmacy technology; and assisting with the analysis & resolution of project related issues.

Key responsibilities of the position include:

+ Supporting the review and redline Pharma’s data reporting contracts to ensure Pharma’s data reporting requirements & data specifications are clearly understood and adequately captured within the contract

+ Creating and maintaining business requirements documents and other relevant project document artifacts required for implementation

+ Submitting and following up to ensure the successful completion of various project related IT tickets, configuration requests, and other shared services tickets/requests

+ Acting as a Project Manager on business run projects to track project health & milestones; conduct regular status meetings with project team; and ensure on time delivery of pharmaceutical manufacturers’ contractual reporting requirements

+ Coordinating with Primary DPLs and other internal stakeholders to review data portion of pharmaceutical manufacturers’ contractual documents during the contract/amendment negotiation process

+ Coordinating presentations with Trade partners on the status of inflight data projects

+ Coordinating testing activities with internal User Acceptance Testing team, and with external stakeholders to minimize implementation defects

+ Assisting Primary DPLs with the write up and submittal of project request forms to initiate project implementations

+ Collaborating with internal and external stake holders as needed to triage post-launch data/reporting issues

+ Acting as Primary DPL and Support DPL on implementation projects when needed

+ Other responsibilities that may arise related to servicing data requests for our pharmaceutical manufacturer clients.

Required Qualifications

+ 4 + years SQL experience or other relative programming experience

+ 3+ years working in a professional services environment with clients/stakeholders including Report Design and Development, Reconciliation and Root Cause Analysis

+ Good analytical & problem-solving skills

+ Familiar with business requirements artifacts (business requirements, functional requirements, test plans, etc.)

+ Experience working with stakeholders and managing deadlines

+ Practical knowledge of SQL or other similar programming language

+ Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing

+ Ability to influence and build effective working relationships

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with User Acceptance Testing

+ Business Analyst experience

+ Project Management experience

+ Familiar with Tableau

+ Ability to understand relational databases

+ Experience reviewing and redlining contractual documents

+ Experience working in the healthcare industry preferably in a pharmacy

+ Working knowledge of data reconciliation, reporting, and analysis

Education

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 – $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
