Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Tinley Park, Il

Pay Range: $18/hr

What’s the Job?

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

Diagnose, asses, and resolve problems or issues

Monitor progress of delivery routes

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

What’s Needed?

Experience with MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

High school diploma or equivalent

1-year related experience: Call Center environment preferred

Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues

Ability to thrive under pressure
