Major Duties :1. Handles second day transaction review, decision transactions for rejection or approval.
2. Posts, research, reconcile and balance general ledgers.
3. Responsible for identifying and resolving client matters within established guidelines.
4. Meeting all time sensitive and daily deadline driven tasks.
5. Works effectively with internal clients/partners as well as external.
6. Knowledgeable of the core aspects of banking and accounting/ reconcilement.
7. Strives to become proficient in all areas of the job.
8. Successfully generates, creates and presents formal reports.
9. Proactively assess client needs with initiative and refers more multifaceted issues to subject matter experts and/or supervisor.
10. Currency Transaction Reporting review, W-8 and W-9 processing, and other regulatory related support functions
Knowledge: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Basic understanding of banking procedures is preferred
Attention to detail; analytical and problem-solving skills are required
Excel experience is a plus.
Experience: A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
