As one of our HR Business Partners, you will be an integral part of our high-performing, passionate HR team, with many visible opportunities to make a significant impact on our people and our business. In this role, you will support our business teams by defining and driving engagement strategies and partnering collaboratively and proactively with the business to ensure workforce plans are aligned to business plans. You will work with leaders to achieve shared organizational objectives and design and implement HR processes that support business goals.

You will…

  • Partner with the leadership team to build talent capability across the organization through talent acquisition (hourly and salary), talent development, succession planning, inclusion and diversity
  • Function as a coach and trusted business adviser to influence business leaders in areas of leadership, employee relations, organization design and effectiveness, talent management, performance management, rewards and recognition, change management and the potential impact of short and long-term decisions and strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership to build a positive employee environment and drive key initiatives in support of a performance culture built on accountability, employee engagement and recognition
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by way of effective, thorough and objective investigations
  • Develop talent and build a leadership brand while driving performance
  • Optimize human capital through workforce planning and analytics
  • Learn to anticipate emerging business needs and work with leaders to identify HR business solutions that support their overall objectives
  • Work with other members of the HR team to identify and implement business process improvements
  • Partner with hiring managers to fill talent needs (in conjunction with our Talent Acquisition team), which will include light recruiting (10% on average)

What You Bring to the Team

  • Previous human resources experience, to include skills in employee relations and related human resources knowledge, including HR regulations and compliance
  • A demonstrated ability to partner and influence at all levels in the business and to be viewed as a credible, valuable source of information
  • A positive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, with a high level of customer focus
  • A strategic, innovative mindset with the ability to think outside of the box
  • Proven successes utilizing data-driven approaches
  • Strong organization and time management/project management skills
  • Strong communication and listening skills to facilitate work with diverse groups of employees
  • A Bachelor's Degree

You May Also Have…

  • Experience with an HRIS implementation/launch is a plus
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish is a plus
