Key Responsibilities:
+ Troubleshooting technical issues
+ Providing deskside support and advice
+ Maintaining and administering computer networks & related computing environments
+ Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software applications
+ Training end-users on software use and preventive measures
+ Supporting Windows 10 and Active Directory environment
+ Documentation of incidents & service requests
RequirementsQualifications & Experience:
+ Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
+ 1-3 Years of experience in a technical helpdesk or a similar role
+ Proficient in Windows 10 and Active Directory
+ Adept at providing deskside support.
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
