1st Shift – CNC Lathe Machinist Position

Description:

Since opening its doors, we continue to be a dynamic, fast-paced precision manufacturing facility specializing in partnering with customers throughout every phase of product development and production. Customers provide the application parameters and the ideas, and we will offer the engineering resources: from prototype development to custom manufacturing and finalized testing with ISO 9001:2015 quality-controlled production………from one piece to a million pieces.

The responsibility of the CNC Machinist will be to perform setups of CNC Lathe machines independently. With critical expertise, the machinist will be responsible in setting up machines with fanuc controls (G+M Codes), adjusting feeds/speeds, and performing 1st and final piece inspections on the short run machined products.

Required Schedule:

1st Shift: M-Fri 7:30am – 4pm (Overtime = 6:30am – 4:30pm)

Saturdays – 6:30am – 12pm (Saturdays will be scheduled ahead of time)

Pay Rate:

Pay: $27 – $35/hr.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

- 5 years of experience of CNC Lathe Machining

- Experience work with tight tolerances = 2nd 10ths / 1/10ths

- Experience following blueprints

- Experience working with Fanuc Controls (G+M Codes)
