Description:
The CNC Leads are responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining CNC or Swiss equipment along with training operators on new skills and machinery operations. Candidates will also be responsible for making adjustments and monitoring assigned equipment to ensure dimensional part integrity, troubleshooting and correcting problems, deburr/buff/sand parts to meet print specifications, inspect parts visually and dimensionally using basic inspection equipment and techniques, and perform preventative machine maintenance as required
Qualifications:
4-5 years of cnc operator
CNC leadership or trainer experience
