Client Information: Our client based in the Western Chicago Suburbs specializes in producing high-quality powder coatings for a variety of industries. They are in a new period of growth and are seeking a talented Supply Chain expert to join their team. Reason for Opening: This is a newly created position that was previously on hold since 2023 and has now been approved to proceed. The role requires a highly technical expertise in SAP to evaluate and enhance existing Logistics, Warehouse Management, Inventory and Demand Planning processes. Must-Have Qualifications: – Experience with SAP: Proficient in Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Demand Planning. – Logistics and Warehouse Inventory Management: – Handling over 2000 SKUs. – Implementing and tracking KPIs, with the ability to explain which KPIs were maintained and why. – Educational Background : Open to candidates with a degree or a high school diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience. – Multi-Site Oversight: Proven experience managing operations across multiple locations. Preferred Qualifications: – AI Experience: Familiarity with integrating AI into supply chain processes. – Team Management: Experience leading and managing a supply chain team.

Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist Reason for Opening: New position and was on hold from 2023 but has the greenlight to move forward. Very technical in SAP. Look into processes and improve the next steps. Problem being solved: Process Improvement and optimization Oversee all processes within the Supply Chain and offer improvements internally within those roles. Job Description: Day-to-Day (Scope of Project): Going through the transaction stand points and managing process within the chain. Supply Chain – Logistics, Warehouses (11 in NA), Demand Planning – Working on demand planning – SAP: Analyze data and make decisions based on the automated/manual process. Analytical thinker and can implement a management process. Supply Chain and then move into the other teams. Open to working with AI. Must Haves/Skills: SAP Experience – Production, Warehouse and all internally documented. Logistics and Warehouse Inventory Management – # of SKU’s – 2000+ KPI’s – Implementing and tracked, explain which and why they maintained, Open to Highschool – Previous years of experience – Open to MFG as a whole – Multi-Site – 3 Manufacturing Sites -
