Job Description
Description:
This position will be responsible for the following:
+ Responsible for Daily Cash Management of customer payments, vendor payments, ACH, and positive pay activity by monitoring daily bank activity.
+ Analyze Accounts Receivable aging report for unpaid invoices and assist in collections.
+ General Ledger accuracy and analysis
+ General Ledger Account reconciliations
+ Preparation of departmental monthly budgets and entity level financials
+ Assist with Annual Budget preparation and reporting.
+ Fixed asset and depreciation reporting
+ Assist in year-end audits and audits by other tax agencies.
+ Preparation of year-end 1099’s
+ Administration of the credit card usage and reporting system
+ May be assigned special projects by the Controller or CFO
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
+ Excel Experience (V Look Ups, Pivot tables – Ability to update and maintain large sets of data)
+ 3 years in Accounting with a Manufacturing company
+ Inventory experience required

+ Intermediate Level
Work Environment:
+ 4 days onsite weekly.
