We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Engineer cross functional as an analyst to be focused on all things customer. Working with customer experience and customer management domains to developing crm in dynamics. You will be working with support from the Product Manager to develop and maintain product roadmaps. Oversee projects, improvements, and support areas related to digital product offerings. Must develop a high understanding of digital products highlighting current and future needs.
Job Description
- Playing a vital role in projects that require system customer experience and customer management
- Develop an understanding of Digital products highlighting current and future needs
- Support business with product queries, clarifications, roadmaps and delivery approach
- Oversee projects/improvements/support areas related to digital product offerings
- Experience of working with Customer Management/Customer Experience domains will be a plus
- Work with IST stakeholders & external partners to discuss & prioritize features and integration options
- Good understanding of process and value stream mapping
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps with support from Product Manager
- Facilitate and conduct workshops with stakeholders and summarize findings
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Good understanding of Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies
Collaborating with end users to gather requirements, ensuring that their input informs the project’s development.- Updating Functional and Technical Specifications in relation to data components.
- Creating and implementing test scripts.
- Providing support during the testing phase.
- Crafting user manuals for seamless adoption.
- Conducting training sessions for end users.
- A strong understanding of data mapping principles, especially within the context of integrating data between different systems.
- Preferably knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or have gone through a full implementation..
- Experience in developing test scripts will be advantageous.
