Job Title: Production Lead
Job Description
Seeking a skilled Production Lead to oversee a team of 3-6 individuals in the prep and finishing departments. This role requires an expert in materials preparation skills, with responsibilities including teaching and coaching team members. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in day to day operations of the finishing area while also assisting in hiring, performance evaluations, and managing schedules. Proficiency with hand and surfacing tools such as orbital sanders and pneumatic polishers is essential.
