Job Description

This HR Advisor will partner together, alongside the Property Management HR team to support the business through all HR priorities. This person will be accountable for activating HR products and services that enrich the lives of JLL employees while working with leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on the moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll use your business acumen, professional experience and local knowledge to enable business, client, and HR priorities. This position will be on-site a minimum three days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Understand the business and client priorities of leadership and management teams.
* Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive people strategy, with a focus on diversity, and ensure alignment with the regional HR Leadership and broader JLL vision.
* Develop and sustain strong & influential relationships within the business & HR to understand and cascade HR & Business priorities across the team in an engaging and energized way.
* Activate and facilitate JLL's policies, processes, and tools that support moments that matter across a team member's experience to include hiring, onboarding, performance review, performance management, promotion, etc.
* Lead and coordinate the regional talent management cyclical activities including goal setting, talent review, succession planning, year-end & compensation planning
* Forge strong relationships with account team, providing leadership and management coaching as required.
* Communicate with a high level of impact and strong influencing and collaborating skills.
* Contribute to reports and presentations which may include speaking to HR-related KPI's and SLAs (e.g. retention, enhancing DEIB)
* Identify and recommend efficiencies in the employee life cycle - using touchpoints and hand offs to other People Solutions and Experience stakeholders.
* Partner with account leadership to define the talent and reward strategies to help drive business performance and growth through effective talent management, performance, engagement and reward plans, with a focus on enhancing inclusion, developing diverse talent.
* Ensuring the talent sourcing strategy provides a pipeline of high-quality candidates to the business.
* Responsible for recruiting efforts for both engineering staff and property team members at multiple levels.
* Responsible for initiating background checks and guiding managers as they onboard new employees with badges, email addresses, computer equipment, health benefits, etc.
* Partner with managers to triage and investigate employee issues.
* Drive a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes a sense of belonging & value where every voice is heard.
* Partner with HR Product colleagues to create and deliver best in class HR resources, processes and overall experiences in region.
* Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
* 4+ years HR experience
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with capable of learning new programs and technology.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, ownership & accountability
* An appetite for exceeding expectations and creating wow within the business & HR organization.
* Excellent organizational skills with a starter-finisher mentality and acute attention to detail
* Ability to use data to tell a convincing narrative and inform and/or make impactful decisions.
