We are looking for an innovative experienced product leader with a track record for driving GTM capabilities for new and established products from concept to successful delivery and market leadership. This role will report to the GM, will work closely with product leadership, and will be responsible for guiding sales strategy, field enablement, driving strategic deals, partnering with GSIs, and bringing insights from the field back into the Product organization.

The role is highly cross-functional and requires a candidate that enjoys navigating ambiguity, working in a fast-paced startup like environment, aligning exec stakeholders, collaborating with teams across time-zones and thinking globally. This leader is responsible for ACV and pipeline growth, working in strong collaboration with Industry Solution and Strategy team, sales, sales enablement, alliances, marketing and other products teams. This individual is expected to work with senior level customer stakeholders to drive adoption.Responsibilities:
1. Be a domain expert for our entire Commerce Cloud portfolio
a. You are seen as an expert in our portfolio and specifically in its application to our customers' needs
b. You can present at the most senior-level customer meetings and can easily cover for the GM when unavailable
2. Responsible for delivering and/or executing the following key aspects of the Commerce Cloud GTM motions:
a. Building and running a scalable program for strategic customer acquisition
b. Working with our key partners
c. Bringing together international needs from Distribution and Customers
d. Partner with GM & CRO to validate weekly GM forecast submissions
3. Responsible for contributing to key aspects of the Commerce Cloud business:
a. Defining market needs
b. Setting product vision and strategy
c. Roadmap communication
d. Enablement of our field
e. Regular evaluation of our pricing & packaging and bundles for buyer and seller optimization
4. Build and run a scalable approach to strategic customer meeting requests, both leading these meetings directly and building an approach to scale how we can bring the right talent to the right meetings.
5. Customer engagement
a. Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales implementations to drive sales and enablement and ensure the product will help them reach their desired business outcomes.
b. Present product and roadmap to customer executives in our world-class Salesforce Innovation Center
c. Drive Product Advisory Councils in key regions globally
d. Evangelize our roadmap with our customers, partners and employees
e. Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define communication, enablement, and messaging
6. Synthesize the needs across Industries to build common components that can act as multiplier across different Industries.
7. Engage with selected key customers, understand their problems and synthesize findings to inform product strategy and requirements (working with R&I)
8. Work collaboratively across Product, Sales and Service teams to amplify the value of Commerce Cloud to our customers.
9. Develop relationships with relevant Product Managers to ensure a good flow of product information to the field and back to PMs with voice of customer.
10. Represent the entire portfolio with key industry analysts like Gartner, IDC, and more to achieve our stated analyst goals from our V2MOM
