Job Description


The Sr. Manager of Product Implementation will work under the supervision of the Sr Director, Virtual Practice to manage the implementation and execution of pivotal virtual solutions that drive organizational value. This role will work closely with clinical operations to support product implementation, as well as partner with critical corporate stakeholders or external partners to ensure product development and product optimization meets overall program roadmap expectations. This role is expected to partner successfully, think critically, communicative effectively, and consistently problem solve to ensure the highest degree of execution. Ability to travel at least 25-35% is critical to this role’s success.


Project Management:

- Supports overall project management of key enterprise growth initiatives, tightly managing project interdependencies to ensure execution of the entire lifecycle of the project. This includes the development of optimal operational and clinical workflows, training coordination, IT, RCM, accounting, finance, and effective support of field change management.

- Develops scalable project plans to plug and play in net new key markets.

- Plans for change and address risks across all workstreams within the program.

- Maintains all necessary project documentation – project plans, governance slides, risk and mitigation logs, decision logs.

- Works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that agreements, relationships, reporting, and interdependencies are appropriately accounted for and executed against.

- Identifies and develops operational and administrative efficiencies that will accelerate, maintain, and track value for the overall product.

Product Development:

- Ensures development, deployment, and maintenance of all necessary standard operation procedures.

- Ensures partnership IT roadmap is synced between ATI IT and pertinent partner organizations.

- Ensures tech product meets ATI standards and is delivered on time to meet program goals.

- Manages project KPI tracking:

o Ensuring appropriate data collection / tracking.

o Scorecard development and maintenance.

o Reports out at appropriate cadences.

o Develops optimization guidance and action plans based on month over month KPI review.

Product Implementation:

- Develops and fosters collaborative, productive, and professional partnerships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

- Ensures clear implementation roadmaps, timelines, and effective communication against.

- Interacts, coordinates, and communicates with all levels of management, internal and external customers in order to facilitate coordination with third party vendors to ensure effective use of systems and processes, provide project updates, and ensure coordination of activities for efficient implementation.

- Appropriately escalates risk to a project as necessary.

- Works closely with field leaders to ensure project updates are clearly communicated and feedback is received and acted upon. Actively ensures the feedback process is closed loop.

- Works closely with training and field partners to develop and deploy effective training and training launch plans, including resource creation, training coordination, training execution, and overall tracking of training impact.

- Travels onsite as necessary to support any training or re-training efforts.

- Ensures field teams are effectively communicated to re: project status, training updates, workflow updates, and KPI status.


- Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of key performance indicators and evaluation plans of assigned projects and/or programs.

- Uses data and feedback to prioritize optimization opportunities effectively.

- Works closely with key stakeholders to implement prioritized optimization efforts over time.


Minimum Education


- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or healthcare


- Master’s degree in business or healthcare

Minimum Experience


- 6+ years’ experience in healthcare, healthcare operations, and/or healthcare product development


- 7+ years’ experience in healthcare operations, and/or healthcare product development

- 5+ years of project management or product solution/implementation experience

- ATC, PT, OT background preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

- Prior experience in developing and executing against an overall project plan.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to use multiple data sets and reports to develop meaningful analyses.

- Ability to work independently with little supervision.

- Ability to communicate timely and effectively across matrixed partnerships and senior leaders across the organization, as well as with third party vendors
